The last two are the honest ones. There is no customer waiting area and no accessible toilet on these premises, and we cannot change either. If that matters, we will come to you instead — two thirds of the work happens where the vehicle stands anyway, and asking for a visit rather than a visit here is a perfectly normal thing to do.

The hero video on the home page does not start under a browser set to reduce motion, and it does not start on a connection the browser has flagged as metered. Nothing else on the site moves except a progress bar in the symptom check, and that transition is switched off under the same setting.
